Festa Della Repubblica 2026

On Sunday, 31 May, 72 IMSMC members proudly presented 47 cars at the Festa Della Repubblica, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the unification of Italy. By 10 a.m, our display was complete and immediately drew the attention of the public, who admired our magnificent collection of modern and historic machines.

The day was buzzing with energy—filled with music, singing, dancing, food, pizza, pasta, gelato, gingerbread, and many other Italian delights, including the famous Marconi castagne (chestnut) production. Each driver received a lunch voucher courtesy of Club Marconi.

At 2:30 p.m., the Marconi Executive Committee visited our display and presented three of our members with trophies in recognition of their outstanding efforts in showcasing their vehicles at the Festa.

• Antonio Albanese — 1968 Alfa Romeo Duetto

Each was a worthy winner, and the executives had a very difficult task choosing among so much beauty.

From 3 p.m. onward, our cars began to depart in an orderly fashion. It was a fantastic day and remains one of the most popular events on our calendar. Thank you to all participating members for presenting your vehicles, and thank you to Club Marconi for sponsoring the day.
