IMSMC 10th Anniversary Ball

Saturday the 10th of March, The Italian Made Social Motoring Club, officially celebrated its 10th anniversary. And what a celebration!

 

240 guests celebrated in style!

 

Our compliments to the management and staff of Mediterranean House. The for the venue presentation, food, wine, assortments and service, were all executed in first class fashion!

 

Our special guest on the night, was Mr Domenico Romano , foundation member, from the Fiat 500 Club Italia. In occasion of our anniversary, he saw the significance of being present. A Huge Thank you to Charlie & Maria Losinno, who "made it happen", travelling to Echuca and bringing Domenico back to Sydney so he could participate in our celebration.

 

Domenico brought the good wishes from Garlenda, with a particular message of congratulations and cheer, from the President of the Club, Mr Stelio Yannoulis. We received mementos of the occasion from Domenico, including a celebratory plaque and a book, which has been distributed throughout the world, which also includes our Club!

 

Domenico explained that our 10th anniversary celebration will be documented in a number of international publications, including Ruotte Classiche. A huge recognition of our passion! Thank you Domenico.

 

Our entertainment for the night was provided by international act, Joey Fiomano & Grace Rizzo, with renditions of well known opera and popular Italian folk songs! DJ TONY, ensured the music was plentiful, which lead to a FULL dance floor, all night.

Member Bruno Ferro, putting his expertise to work, captured our celebration on video. We look forward to the final production, Thankyou Bruno! 

We thank our sponsors for  their support, throughout the years including the wonderful support offered by them on the night, which lead to a very successful  raffle, with a prize pool of close to $10,000. Thankyou to all our sponsors!

 

Members Caroline & Tony Portelli, presented and donated a Very large collage of photos (in Banner format), which provided an excellent summary of our first 10 years. Thank you !!!

 

The passion is alive. The enthusiasm is reflected in the member participation in all our events. The committee is most grateful. It gives us a sense of "GREAT REWARD" to share the IMSMC spirit with our families & friends and wider Community!
