IMSMC 7th Annual Ball

Saturday Night the 7^th of March, The Italian Made Social Motoring Club held it's 7^th annual ball was held at the Mediterranean House in Five Dock.

Right on 5:30pm, our guests began arriving, met with canapes and refreshments in the foyer. At 6:00pm, our guests moved upstairs, where members, friends & family (230 in total) mingled and shared in great company.

After a brief introduction by “Fausto” (the owner) and a welcome from our club president, the party began. A wonderful array of fine cuisine (traditional starters & entree’s) with plentiful refreshments on offer, all guests primed themselves for a full night of entertainment.

Our crowd participation in the floor show was exceptional ( We enjoyed a wonderful display of Egyptian, belly dancing by THE DESERT GYPSIES). We were later told how impressed they were with our “groove”. It seems we can belly dance too!

The evening progressed with more exceptional refreshments and quality main meals and dessert, with almost all in attendance dancing the night away, the dance floor was always full!

Our club raffle was held, we thank our sponsors for their on going support! Where would we be without you?

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in a fantastic night! A special mention to our “younger set” of members and their friends who continue to support these memorable “family events”. Your presence is greatly appreciated.

To our committee, (past and present), thank you for your passion, your skills and enthusiasm. A hugely successful function. The success of our events are a true reflection of your passion, shared by members alike.

It is always wonderful to welcome so many extended family and friends into our social community. They are always welcome and we look forward to their participation in forthcoming social events.
